Golin Hires Margenett Moore-Roberts As Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer

Yahoo!’s Former Global Head of Inclusive Diversity will lead Golin’s worldwide D&I efforts

NEW YORK (May 31, 2018) – Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG) agency Golin, hired Margenett Moore-Roberts as Golin’s Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. Margenett was most recently at Yahoo!, where she served as the Global Head of Inclusive Diversity. She joins Golin’s Executive Board and reports to co-CEO Matt Neale.

Prior to her six years at Yahoo!, Margenett worked in various client service roles across media and advertising. In 2017, she was the recipient of the Yahoo! CEO Excellence Award and was one of California Diversity Council’s Top 50 Multicultural Leaders in Technology. In her new role at Golin, Margenett is charged with developing a comprehensive and integrated D&I strategy for the agency. Margenett’s major areas of focus will include collaborating with executive leaders to develop & activate business practices that promote and deliver on the inclusion imperative, enhancing Golin’s culture through the introduction and adoption of broader sets of perspectives, and driving the development and execution of a robust education and awareness framework that enables the team to increase competence in the areas of strategic engagement, cultural intelligence and active inclusion.
