Blue go ‘Green’ for sustainable energy

Everyone’s 00s favourite boyband Blue has today relaunched as ‘Green’ to promote sustainable energy. We are working with npower to unveil the band’s quest to Go Green with an entertaining mockumentary, before giving consumers the chance to win tickets to the FIRST performance of Green at a one-off exclusive gig.

To help raise awareness for npower’s new Go Green tariff, Blue teamed up with npower to show consumers that going green doesn’t have to be as awkward as seen in this cringe-inducing mockumentary.

The entertaining, fly on the wall style short film features Lee, Duncan, Antony and Simon taking on a new brand identity guided by their eager yet confused new manager (Antony’s “uncle”) who takes ‘going green’ a little too far.

While the fab foursome behind top hits such as ‘All Rise’, ‘One Love’ and ‘Too Close’ are working on their move to ‘Green’, they will be preparing for an exclusive, intimate one-off gig, giving UK consumers the chance to win tickets through npower’s social channels. Twenty pairs of tickets are up for grabs for Green’s launch gig at Proud Camden on Monday 11th December, where attendees will get to meet the band.

To enter the competition fans simply need to visit npower’s Facebook and Twitter page and suggest their best green themed names for the new ‘Green’ album.
