We recently won the PRCA’s Best Internship Programme 2016 for our selection of internship schemes.

The Bright Young Things is our internship scheme that is ideal for those looking to make their first steps into communications. The programme combines structured training with on-the-job learning.

Golin is delighted to partner with f1 recruitment again for the Back2Businessship returner programme, a free course that helps parents back to work after a career break. The programme is exclusively for career returners who have over a decade of experience in marketing, media and communications and over 3 years out of the workplace.

The Unternship

The Golin Unternship is the ultimate internship. The successful candidate will be paid (London living wage) to spend two months taking an adventure of their choice followed by three months interning at Golin London. Applications for 2016 now closed.

Diversity and Inclusion_2016 finalist

We are so happy to be recognised for all our hard work towards Diversity and Inclusion over the last year. We will continue to encourage diversity not only within Golin but within our industry and beyond.





Since 2011 we have mentored for the Taylor Bennett Foundation to encourage diversity and tackle social mobility in our industry. We also e-mentor for the Social Mobility Foundation and take on regular apprentices.


Last year we took part in the Back2businesship programme, with f1 Recruitment and Starcom Mediavest, to help mothers re-enter the workplace after a career break. We also offer a 3-month returnship for women coming back to work.

Al’s Day

Each year in June, Golin’s staff around the world spend a day doing community service. 600 employees from around the world devote nearly 7,000 hours to a wide variety of community and charitable organisations.
