Part of Something Bigger
Our global network is so much more than dots on a map, we are an interconnected community with global groups for collaboration, friendship, innovation and much more.
Commitment to DE&I
There’s no one “customer.” Nor should there ever have been. To develop and embody more relatable brand identities, our clients must be able to connect with the diverse ‘general market’. There’s only one way to deliver this work and that’s by building an intentionally inclusive culture. We strive to reflect the diversity of the markets we serve and we are on a locally focused journey of inclusivity. Click here to read Golin London’s DEI plan 22/23.
Equity Action Teams and Employee Resource Groups
Delivering on our mission starts with making sure our workforce authentically reflects today’s market as well as creating a culture of inclusion. Overseeing that culture of inclusion is our International Equity Task Force (IETF) — a coalition of our international leaders – our Global Local DEI Councils (GLDC) and our employee resource groups (ERGs) – led by employees, they are safe-havens for our marginalised populations.
Cafecito Time is the Golin global Employee Resource Group for all employees who identify as Latine, Latina, Latino, Hispanic or Spanish-speaking. It’s an opportunity to learn more about our Latine heritage, explore commonalities and create a positive impact within our global community.
BLK@Golin is the Golin global Employee Resource Group for all employees who identify as Black, African American, African, Caribbean or mixed-race part Black. It’s an opportunity for the Black Golin community to come together through the shared roots of Black people. Our mission is to uplift and empower the Black talent at Golin to be valued leaders across our business channels, and to provide internal support systems for our Black talent to feel the power and connectivity of the Black “people anchors” embedded within our structures.
API Unite is the Golin global Employee Resource Group for all employees who identify as either Asian or Pacific Islander. It’s an opportunity for the community to come together through the shared roots of Asian and Pacific Islanders. Our mission is to learn and raise the collective awareness of API culture and talents, to provide a space for Golin’s growing API population to voice their shared experiences and stories, and to feel more connected and supported globally.
Go All Out
Open to members of the LGBTQIA+ community, including its allies, Go All Out is a welcoming group promoting education, networking and communication through one united global Golin community. Through online meetings, campaigns and other global community activities, Go All Out seeks to make Golin an even more inclusive, safe and open workplace for everyone. It also serves as an accessible resource for the entire Golin network for any and all things related to the LGBTQIA+ community.
Mothers in the Workplace
Our mission is to transform work culture to support the professional and personal needs of working mothers while also empowering them to “Embrace the Blend.” Our goal is to give mothers permission to unapologetically live a full life – at work and at home, and to feel supported and free from judgement in the transition and journey to motherhood.
Global Local DEI Councils
Our Global Local DEI Councils (GLDC) is a coalition of international Diversity Equity and Inclusion leads, representing our international markets across North America, EMEA, APAC and Latin America. In most markets, the DEI leads guide a local DEI council – 2-10 employees, working as an equity action team, to help suffuse DEI throughout the market’s internal and external business practices.
