Cafecito Time is our ERG for all employees who identify as Latine, Latina, Latino, Hispanic or Spanish-speaking. Supporting Latine heritage and creating a positive impact within our global community.
BLK@Golin is our ERG for Black, African American, African, Caribbean or mixed-race part Black employees to come together through the shared roots of Black people. This ERG’s mission is to uplift and empower the Black talent at Golin to be valued leaders and to provide internal support systems.
API Unite is for Asian or Pacific Islanders. This ERG’s mission is to raise the collective awareness of API culture and talents, shared experiences and stories, and to feel more connected and supported globally.
Go All Out
Open to members of the LGBTQIA+ community, Go All Out seeks to make Golin an even more inclusive, safe and open workplace. Go All Out promotes education and networking through global community activities and serves as a resource on all things related to the LGBTQIA+ community.
Mothers in the Workplace
Our mission is to transform work culture to support the professional and personal needs of working mothers. We aim to empower mothers to ‘Embrace the Blend’, and create a supportive, judgement-free place to journey through motherhood in the workplace.
Global Local DEI Councils
Our Global Local DEI Council (GLDC) is a coalition of international DEI leaders representing North America, EMEA, APAC and Latin America. In each market an assigned DEI Lead and DEI council advocates for DEI and embeds practices throughout our business.
