Catalyst Social & Content Manager

We are looking for an integrated Account Handler who has a strong understanding of content and social channels. Working within a wider team of Account Handlers you will also work alongside Editorial & Community Managers, Strategists and Creatives to deliver world class content and social work for our key clients.

The role involves the day-to-day management and execution of content strategies and brand campaigns, being the go-to for internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing budgets and timelines, making sure that work is delivered to a high standard, as well as building strong and trusted relationships with your client contacts.

You should have at least 2-3 years experience in integrated / digital agencies and a background working across social and content briefs, understanding of the role of content within an integrated plan, knowledge across paid, owned and earned media and the ability to judge and sell creative work based on client briefs and objectives. You should be a great communicator, able to co-ordinate internal teams and develop relationships with clients.

Key clients include exciting FMCG brands in the social and content space including Evian, Volvic, Magnum Ice Cream & Toblerone.

Knowledge & Skill

  • Campaign planning and management including all aspect of financial management, setting and keeping to timing plans, strategic and creative briefings and development, co-ordinating and managing stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of social and content – platforms, trends, paid media, reporting and tools, development of social plans and proven track record in execution
  • An integrated mindset – the ability to think about how an idea transcends channels
  • Take enjoyment from problem solving and taking initiative
  • Keen to participate and input into creative development as a collaborative agency player
  • A strong communicator – able to express yourself clearly verbally and in writing
  • The ability to build trusted and influential relationships
