Golin won EMEA Midsize Consultancy of the Year at the Sabre Awards 2023 last week, alongside 4 further trophies for our work across Europe.

The judges called out the phenomenal growth in our healthcare practice Virgo Health and the dramatic shifts internally in our culture and initiatives as key reasons for our agency win. Areas that took special mention included our smart hybrid ways of working, new gender-neutral family leave policies, cost of living support, our investment and expanded effort on DEI and training and development. Our significant new business wins, notably Specsavers and GSMA, were also cited.

Beyond this, our relationships with our clients shone through, as well as the campaigns that really do live out our agency mission – Change that matters.

Our Turkish team winning in the geographic category with Upcycling with Wall’s Max for Unilever. While the UK secured three campaign wins; including Influencer campaign for  Persil Tag the Game and Fashion & Beauty for ASICS Dramatic Transformation, as well as an IN2Sabre for Best Use of Photography.
