BAME Mentoring

Since 2011 we have worked with the Taylor Bennett Foundation to support and increase candidates from BAME backgrounds into our industry. We also e-mentor for the Social Mobility Foundation, and take on regular apprentices.

Social mobility

We aim to create the most inclusive internship in the industry. We do this by recruiting from a wide pool, looking beyond the CV, paying the London Living Wage and helping interns with London’s housing costs. Our Golin B&B is a way we can support accommodation needs for staff from every background, making sure London housing costs are not a barrier for working within our industry.

Gender equality

Golin is committed to championing women in the industry. We voluntarily report our UK gender pay gap data, we advertise all roles open to flexibility and offer enhanced family-friendly policies. We also run a returnship placement and partner with Back2Businessship.
