As a progressive public relations agency, we are passionate about building a progressive culture of inclusion and belonging and we strongly believe a focus on welcoming all forms of diversity drives business and creativity. To support this, we voluntarily report our UK gender pay gap data, we advertise all roles open to flexibility and offer enhanced family-friendly policies. We work with the Taylor Bennett Foundation and BME PR Pros to support and recruit ethnic minorities in the industry and we aim to create the most inclusive internship in the industry. We do this by recruiting from a wide pool, looking beyond the CV, paying the London Living Wage and helping interns with London’s housing costs.  Golin B&B is our initiative to support accommodation needs for our people, to make sure London housing costs are not a barrier for working within our industry.
