Golin is known for doing things differently. We employ the brightest and bravest people, who help us shape the communications industry of the future. We value curiosity, creativity, collaboration, drive and bravery and seek employees who embody those characteristics to support our agency success.

We pride ourselves on being an exemplary employer with one in five team members having been with us for over five years. We have won 11 agency of the year awards over the last five years and are currently the PRCA’s Large Agency of the Year 2017.

Life at Golin

At Golin we recognise that our business is only as good as our people, so a happy team is a key part of our agency model. From Golin Lifetime to mental wellness, lunch’n’learns to our Golin B&B programme and our beloved free cereal bar, we are hugely proud of our workplace culture.

In 2016 we made the bold decision to help our staff fit their careers into their lives. Golin’s Lifetime is a ground-breaking approach to office working that includes flexibility for all, unlimited holiday, work from anywhere and a £50 monthly health and wellbeing allowance.

Diversity & inclusion

Golin’s ambition is to be the defining agency of the decade. That includes creating the most progressive and diverse workplace in the industry. We want our people to know that they will be compensated according to their skills and expertise, not their gender, life decisions, background or ethnicity. Here’s some of the work we do to drive diversity.

BAME Mentoring

Since 2011 we have worked with the Taylor Bennett Foundation to support and increase candidates from BAME backgrounds into our industry. We also e-mentor for the Social Mobility Foundation, and take on regular apprentices.

Social mobility

We aim to create the most inclusive internship in the industry. We do this by recruiting from a wide pool, looking beyond the CV, paying the London Living Wage and helping interns with London’s housing costs. Our Golin B&B is

Gender equality

Golin is committed to championing women in the industry. We voluntarily report our UK gender pay gap data, we advertise all roles open to flexibility and offer enhanced family-friendly policies. We also run a returnship placement and partner with Back2Businessship.
