BAME Mentoring

Since 2011 we have worked with the Taylor Bennett Foundation to support and increase candidates from BAME backgrounds into our industry. We also e-mentor for the Social Mobility Foundation, and take on regular apprentices.

Social mobility

We aim to create the most inclusive internship in the industry. We do this by recruiting from a wide pool, looking beyond the CV, paying the London Living Wage and helping interns with London’s housing costs. Our Golin B&B is
