Bolden to oversee HR management, learning & development and DEI strategy for Golin Group brands
CHICAGO (November 19, 2020) – Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG) agency Golin announced today the appointment of Tiffiny Bolden as global head of human resources to lead the agency’s HR function and advance its inclusive culture. Based in Golin’s headquarter office, she officially started on November 16, and reports to Gary Rudnick, president and COO. She also joins the agency’s global leadership team.
Bolden brings nearly two decades of experience in HR management, recruitment and retention strategy, learning & development programming, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) expertise to the agency. In this post, she oversees a team of more than 30 HR and recruitment employees across The Golin Group’s 50+ offices.
“Tiffiny has the perfect blend of experience, strategy, problem solving, passion and optimism to take our HR function to new heights,” said Rudnick. “She also brings a measurable track record of success from a variety of sectors that will inform our strategies as we continue to realize the agency’s commitment to building a more diverse and inclusive workplace.”
Bolden joins Golin from Information Resources, Inc. (IRI) where she led HR management and inclusion strategy and infrastructure for global employee teams of over 2500. Earlier this year, she led those teams through internal change management and human capital culture campaigns in response to COVID-19 that both increased employee engagement and maintained quality client service. Prior to IRI, she held positions with Medline Industries, Inc., Anixter, Navman Wireless and the Illinois Public School District U-46.
“Golin’s commitment to its people-first culture, and how they live out the agency’s core values, is what attracted me most to the position,” said Bolden. “I’m excited to join an industry that recognizes the powerful correlation between talent and tangible business results, particularly relevant during the firm’s current growth trajectory in the US.”
In addition to leading HR for The Golin Group’s agency brands Golin, Virgo Health, The Brooklyn Brothers and DeVries Global, Bolden will collaborate with executive leaders across the IPG and IPG DXTRA networks on coordinated business practices, core competencies and education opportunities for all staff.
