CHICAGO (November 14, 2024) – Golin, an Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG) agency, today announced the launch of “Farm & Food,” a new specialty offering focused on providing full-service public relations and marketing communications for agribusiness and commodity organizations.

Building on the agency’s legacy of serving clients across the food industry, led by Beth Engelmann, Managing Director of Golin Dallas and former Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Dairy Management Inc. for nearly a decade, Farm & Food is supported by a team of 50 specialists with deep industry experience and is uniquely positioned to navigate the evolving landscape of the food and agriculture sectors.

“From farmers and producers to grocery, CPG and QSR, Golin brings extensive experience and proven success in driving outcomes for our clients across the food chain,” said Engelmann. “With growing consumer demand for transparency, sustainability and innovation, we are excited to formalize our offering that helps organizations communicate their values and initiatives in creative, impactful ways.”

A cross-functional team with extensive experience in strategy development, new product launches, stakeholder mapping, social and influencer engagement, earned media, leadership communications and marketing communications support will meet the diverse needs of Golin’s clients.

The new offering will also address the unique challenges and opportunities the agriculture sector faces today. For example, with the global population projected to reach nearly 10 billion by 2050, ensuring food security is now more critical than ever. At the same time, today’s consumer is more informed and concerned about where their food comes from and how it is produced, bringing transparency to the top of leading food companies’ agenda.

“Our food and agriculture clients seek multidimensional solutions to achieve their goals and effectively communicate with stakeholders,” said Cori McKeever, Co-President of Golin North America. “They depend on Golin’s expertise across various disciplines, from consumer engagement to industry relations, to enhance their strategies and build trust with key stakeholders.”

Aligned with Golin’s mission to “create change that matters,” the Farm & Food offering will focus on engaging next-generation audiences and driving transformative solutions to compete in a rapidly evolving market. Golin will assist clients in modernizing and challenging the status quo of established industries to fuel growth and address their most significant challenges. By leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence, Golin will help clients influence key stakeholders and drive the outcomes that matter most to their business.

“Food and agriculture clients are entering a new era of opportunity and complexity. We deeply understand the multitude of internal and external pressures that affect their business and future, and we are committed to advancing our clients’ businesses by continuously monitoring industry trends, emerging challenges, and evolving opportunities,” Engelmann added. “Together, we aim to create compelling, data-driven, and creative campaigns that foster deep connections between people and the food they consume.”
