CHICAGO (January 16, 2025) – Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG) agency Golin today announced the appointment of Alexandra Ladas to oversee AI integration across key agency client relationships. This strategic move strengthens the agency’s commitment to becoming the first fully AI-integrated global public relations agency by 2026. Ladas’ new role is effective immediately, and she reports to Jeff Beringer, Chief AI Officer.
In this newly created position, Ladas will collaborate with Golin’s top client leaders and client partners to accelerate the responsible integration of AI across the agency’s client work. She will partner with senior leaders in the agency, including Chief Client Officer Ginger Porter, to understand key client challenges and opportunities that can inform AI priorities. Additionally, Ladas will work alongside transformation specialists like Joseph Leslie, Head of Global AI Learning & Development, to ensure seamless integration of AI training and best practices within account teams and client relationships.
“Clients want more than promises – they demand and deserve AI integration that enhances their communications results,” said Beringer. “Alexandra is an experienced client integration and operations leader, and her new dedicated role will accelerate our ability to combine human expertise with AI capabilities to deliver the impact our clients expect, faster. This appointment represents an important investment in both our transformation and our clients’ success.”
A 10-year Golin veteran, Ladas brings extensive experience in implementing large-scale agency initiatives and driving operational excellence. Most recently as Vice President, Director of Client Experience, she played a key role in Golin’s Top Client Leaders Group (TCLG) program, where she developed and implemented agency-wide frameworks to enhance client service delivery. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed strategic campaigns across consumer, corporate and healthcare sectors for more than 40 clients, while building robust program management systems and cultivating strong stakeholder relationships.
“I’m excited to help our teams and clients navigate this transformative moment in our industry, harnessing this new technology with top talent to achieve the best possible results,” said Ladas. “Golin’s approach to AI integration focuses on enhancing human creativity and strategic thinking, and I look forward to working with our client leaders to develop new ways of working that leverage AI to unlock unprecedented possibilities in our work every day.”
Ladas transitioned into her newly created role as leader of AI integration for clients throughout Q4 2024, officially shifting to a full-time role this month. Golin is actively incorporating AI across a wide variety of its client relationships and high-profile client campaigns, such as Grubhub’s recent “Special Delivery” launch, utilizing AI to enhance creative, media relations, measurement and more. In her new post, Ladas will accelerate AI enablement and integration across Golin’s global client portfolio, working with top partners in a variety of categories spanning consumer brands, technology, retail and healthcare.
“Alex’s proven success in implementing cutting-edge solutions across complex organizations means our clients will see faster, more consistent AI adoption across their programs and our integrated agency and client teams,” said Beringer. “She knows how to turn transformative capabilities into tangible client results.”
