Engelmann most recently was the chief marketing officer and chief operating officer of Dairy Management Inc. (DMI), where she spent most of the last decade in-house, driving sales and building trust on behalf of nearly 34,000 U.S. diary farmers.

Before moving client-side, Engelmann worked at Edelman Chicago where she led their consumer brands practice of 140 staff, which included food & beverage, consumer packaged goods, commodities, health & wellness, and consumer technology, and where she serviced DMI as one of her clients. Previously, Engelmann worked for Golin’s headquarters office in Chicago.
