NAPLES (April 15, 2025) – Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG) agency Golin today announced the opening of its new Naples office, marking its third Italian location and a significant expansion into Southern Italy. The milestone coincides with Golin Italy’s 12-year anniversary and follows the successful 2022 launch of its Rome office. This strategic expansion comes on the heels of the agency’s consistent growth in entertainment, food & beverage, and cultural sectors, positioning Golin to better serve clients throughout Italy’s emerging southern markets.

“Italy has been a standout success story for Golin in Europe, doubling in size over the past two years,” said Matt Neale, CEO, Golin. “The Naples office completes our strategic triangle across the country, establishing Golin Italy as one of our most versatile teams on the continent with exceptional capabilities spanning brand development, entertainment, technology and healthcare sectors.”

The new Naples office will strengthen Golin’s consulting capabilities throughout the country, creating opportunities to deepen client relationships and drive excellence across the agency’s growing regional portfolio.

“The Naples office represents a strategic milestone in our Italian journey,” said Antonella Lupica, Managing Director, Golin Italy. “Our presence in the historic Palazzo Spinelli, in Naples’ Chiaia district, connects rich cultural heritage with modern commerce, enhancing our ability to deliver locally-informed insights to clients across markets. This strengthens our competitive edge not only throughout Italy, but regionally within Europe and for global clients seeking authentic connections in this vibrant market.”

Golin Naples officially opened in early March under the leadership of Simona Martino, who joined the agency in January 2024 and has been promoted to head the new office. Reporting directly to Lupica, together they will continue to lead the region’s growing presence in the entertainment, cultural, and food & beverage sectors.
