Golin is looking for a Vice President, Client Lead, to drive a global account that’s revolutionizing therapy and the global conversation on mental wellness.

You’ll lead integrated work across earned media, influencer, creative, strategy, and analytics. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the client, ensuring strategic alignment, consistent execution, and strong partnerships across a global team. What You’ll Do: 

  • Serve as a strategic lead for a global account in the mental wellness space
  • Oversee multiple workstreams: earned media, influencer, social, creative, analytics, and issues preparedness
  • Lead a cross-functional team, driving collaboration across disciplines
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a day-to-day point of contact
  • Provide strategic counsel on both brand-building and reputation management
  • Stay informed on trends and competitive activity to advise clients effectively
  • Manage team resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure operational excellence

What You Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing, or related field
  • 10–12 years of experience in PR or communications, with a focus on health, wellness, or DTC
  • Proven experience leading large, integrated accounts with multiple workstreams
  • Strong client leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in earned media, influencer campaigns, product launches, and brand-building
  • Ability to manage projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams
  • Passion for mental wellness and destigmatizing mental health

Salary Range: $120,000 – $219,000 

 

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
