ROLE OVERVIEW:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner (or Senior HRBP) with experience working in a fast paced and fluid workplace, to join our exciting and award-winning agency. We have high standards in all we do from our client work, our people and our culture and it is imperative that this role adds value to the agency in all these areas. You will partner with the Virgo Health UK Managing Director and the wider leadership team, coach and guide line manager through all areas of the employee life cycle and be the main point of contact for employee queries. You will also be responsible for delivering the people plan with the wider Golin Group UK HR team and leadership team, which in turn is designed to deliver our business goals. This includes:

  • Employee engagement 
  • Building an inclusive culture of wellness
  • People management, development and retention
  • Reward and compensation cycle
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programme and actions
  • Employee relations issues as they arise
  • Overseeing the Virgo Team Coordinator which includes helping to oversee various team or office administration activities
  • General ad hoc HR administration (that doesn’t fall into our shared service function)

EXPERIENCE:

  • You have operated at HR /Senior HR Manager or Business Partner, in a fast paced and high performing organisation 
  • You can work to tight deadlines without compromising the quality of your work
  • You can demonstrate your ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
  • You are a strong collaborator who works well in a team
  • You have line managed a high performing employee
  • You provide strong, commercial coaching to your stakeholders, always in line with company values and culture
  • You are an active listener at all levels, with the ability to interpret and action feedback
  • You have a track record of implementing positive people initiatives and change
  • You have experience of leading and delivering HR projects 
  • You have a flexible and proactive approach to work
  • You are a starter finisher in all your work
  • You have a natural interest in people, in building strong relationships and in solving problems
