If you're a unique blend of digital analyst and creative problem solver, with a knack for turning data into compelling stories, we want you. Your deep understanding of digital and social analytics, combined with your ability to synthesize insights from diverse sources, will make you a valuable asset to our innovative team. 

 

You are a strategic guru who leads with data.  You will be responsible for accurate and efficient data collection and reporting across a variety of sources and platforms. You turn complex information into concise and compelling data stories. 

 

What you will do: 

  • Use Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater, and other tools for social and media audits, setting up dashboards, and monitoring and analyzing results on a regular cadence (daily/monthly/quarterly) with minimal supervision. 
  • Set KPIs and benchmarks that measure meaningful impact on our client’s business 
  • Transform data into actionable insights through strategic storytelling. 
  • Develop measurement strategies that align with client priorities. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop reports and presentations that embrace a Smart Brevity approach 
  • Assist with primary research needs, specifically survey design and analysis 
  • Anticipate problems and provide recommended solutions  
  • Use your time wisely to address need promptly and manage expectations effectively 
  • Stay updated on best-in-class measurement across social and earned media. 
  • Demonstrate an interest in AI trends and methodologies related to measurement 

 

What you have: 

 

  • 4+ years in analytics and digital solutions, ideally within a PR agency 
  • Advanced proficiency with Sprinklr and understanding or quick adoption of tools like Talkwalker, Meltwater, Quid, Infegy, and SimilarWeb 
  • Proven track record of creating effective databases and dashboards 
  • Expertise in turning diverse data sources into clear, actionable stories 
  • Experience in survey methodology, design, and analysis 
  • Exceptional time management and adaptability across teams and accounts 
  • Strong motivation and collaboration skills, with excellent communication 
  • Ability to build and maintain trust across various teams 
  • Proficiency in setting expectations, providing updates, and troubleshooting potential issues 
  • Outstanding writing and presentation abilities

Salary Range: $55,000 – $95,000 

 

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
