WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a talented team member to work alongside our account team to develop data analysis solutions to supporting unique insights and report for the consumer, healthcare, beauty and e-commerce brands. The responsibilities for the position include:

Responsibility:
•    Support data cleaning, processing and analyzing tasks to produce strategy reports
•    Working with account team to help specify data requirements for new and existing projects
•    Develop strategic recommendations in both Chinese and English based on analytical findings
•    Ability to create the right visual presentations and tell story with data
•    Coordinate and facilitate discussions with internal and external stakeholders

 

Qualifications:
•    Familiar with China local digital, social and e-commerce platforms, such as Xiaohognshu, Tik Tok, Zhihu, Taobao, Weibo and Wechat etc. “社交达人”
•    Minimum requirement of a BS/BA degree
•    Attention to detail is a must
•    Advanced Excel and PPT skills is a must
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
•    Strong capacity to translate data and research into strategic insights and recommendations
•    Basic knowledge on data structure and visualization principle
•    Willingness to work hard and be creative in a fast-paced environment
•    Ability to balance multiple assignments and shift gears when new priorities arise
•    Management consulting experience is a plus
•    Candidates should be conduct offline interviews in shanghai
