What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day team needs
- Work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions/levels
- Engage with clients and agency partners on a regular basis to create innovative social media and digital programs, ideas/content, insights and analyses
- Partner with colleagues to amplify new or top-performing content across paid media channels; know which audiences to target – and when – to boost visibility and maximize ROI
- Use your knowledge of the social media landscape to create great work, including identifying social engagement and thought leadership opportunities for our clients, drafting solid social copy and ideating creative content for companies and their leaders
What You Have:
You will have a bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of one year of professional experience with an understanding of social media platforms and social media monitoring tools. Additional qualifications include:
- Strong writing skills are necessary.
- Positive, flexible attitude, team player
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms and the evolving social landscape
- Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills are a must, along with the ability meet deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and handle fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media monitoring, tracking, and reporting tools like Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, etc.
- Well versed in AP style
Salary range: $40,000 - $55,000
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
