Colombia Avocado Board Partners with Golin for Strategic Marketing and Communications Program to Expand Avocados from Colombia in U.S. Market

Strategic partnership accelerates CAB’s U.S. market expansion and positions Colombian avocados for 330 million pounds export target by 2029.

ORLANDO – (September 23, 2025) – The Colombia Avocado Board (CAB) has selected award-winning global communications agency Golin as its strategic marketing and communications partner to collaborate on a new creative direction and comprehensive branding initiative for Avocados From Colombia.

The partnership focuses on building a cohesive brand identity that elevates Colombian avocados as a premium choice for retailers and consumers in the competitive U.S. market. To support CAB’s strategic goals—including expanding market share and reaching an export target of 330 million pounds by 2029—Golin will lead the development of an integrated creative strategy, brand guidelines, and campaign assets.

The comprehensive branding initiative will officially debut at upcoming produce trade shows featuring, immersive brand experiences and premiering a 90-second hero video. The full program includes the development of brand guidelines, a creative strategy for earned media and social platforms, digital asset production, and event creative support.

As the fourth-largest avocado exporter worldwide, Colombia has achieved triple-digit annual growth in U.S. exports, with 95% of shipments strategically directed to East Coast markets.
